050-event-routing: name change? #12

currently 050 is called event-routing. the contents is a sample on further automating the account creation process. i wouldn't look for that example within this folder.

should we rename to 050-account-creation?

This folder should contain events other than account creation (if/when available). So maybe rename to just events

but what other events/usecases would make sense to include?

there are a lot different events from aws organizations such as updating OUs or any change to the organization.yml
