Add healthcare to sector codelist #189

The sector codelist currently has three enum titles:

How about adding "Healthcare" or "Health and Human Services"? Specifically, useful in the case of UK NHS organisation register

+1 from me - I had thought this would be helpful too, when looking for the NHS data.

My one comment - I'm not sure what "Human Services" means, but that may be a UK-centric view, the term may be used more widely elsewhere.

@drkane It's probably a more US-centric term, and though it's quite broad it encompasses counselling, social work, child welfare, addiction etc.
