SUNARP administers a range of registers, therefore we need to identify whether all identifiers from a SUNARP register are unique, or whether we risk clashing identifiers.

From research at http://www.doingbusiness.org/data/exploreeconomies/peru#starting-a-business there is mention of the Taxpayer Identification Number (Registro Único de Contribuyentes - RUC) so I've checked the number above against a validator for RUCs https://npm.runkit.com/validate-ruc to check this is not an RUC.

A further look at the example registration certificate shows that it is for the "REGISTRO DE PERSONAS JURIDICAS" which is detailed here and covers the following types of legal entity:

Through links from http://global.census.okfn.org/entry/pe/companies and via archive.org to find the name of the new page, I've found a search at https://www.sunarp.gob.pe/dn-personas-juridicas.asp which allows me to confirm the registration number 12623829 is a valid registration under the heading 'Partida'.
