Output (what we want to happen): org-id.guide XML output is synched with IATI Issues:
- [ ] format matches IATI needs OpenDataServices/org-ids#204 | OpenDataServices/org-ids#202
^^ You can check this box! This is sorted.
- [ ] IATI OrganisationRegistrationAgency codelist is updated with "latest" org-id.guide list
^^ Here’s the reference for that: IATI/IATI-Codelists-NonEmbedded#247
- [ ] IATI OrganisationRegistrationAgency codelist pulls in and synchs with org-id.guide
^^ I could add that to IATI/IATI-Codelists-NonEmbedded#172, but there’s no indication that PR will be progressed. So probably better to do it as a separate process.
Thanks @andylolz - have updated accordingly

Yes - let's get the lists updated, and then look separately at the synch process
- [x] IATI OrganisationRegistrationAgency codelist is updated with "latest" org-id.guide list IATI/IATI-Codelists-NonEmbedded#247
^^ The pull request is merged, but iatistandard.org hasn’t been redeployed. (In fact, I don’t believe it has been redeployed for some months now.)
I’d suggest this task isn’t really “done” until the changes are reflected on iatistandard.org. I don’t understand why the site isn’t being redeployed, but I really think it would be a good idea for someone to do it. The more out of sync with the github repos it gets, the more confusing it is.
Thanks @andylolz - have added an extra step to https://github.com/org-id/register/issues/219#issuecomment-384317041
I noticed various errors when the iatistandard.org site generator parses this codelist:
IATI-Standard-SSOT/docs/en/codelists/OrganisationRegistrationAgency.rst:1626: WARNING: Inline emphasis start-string without end-string.
IATI-Standard-SSOT/docs/en/codelists/OrganisationRegistrationAgency.rst:546: ERROR: Unknown target name: "china".
IATI-Standard-SSOT/docs/en/codelists/OrganisationRegistrationAgency.rst:1346: ERROR: Unknown target name: "malawi".
IATI-Standard-SSOT/docs/en/codelists/OrganisationRegistrationAgency.rst:1696: ERROR: Unknown target name: "singapore".
IATI-Standard-SSOT/docs/en/codelists/OrganisationRegistrationAgency.rst:1966: ERROR: Unknown target name: "uk".
I think this is a bug with the iatistandard.org site generator, rather than the export from org-id.guide. But I thought it was worth flagging here, since this is the catchall issue.
@andylolz still struggling to get that update to the description block in the OrganisationRegistrationAgency codelist updated - have tried a nw PR: https://github.com/IATI/IATI-Codelists-NonEmbedded/pull/258
- [ ] IATI OrganisationRegistrationAgency codelist description updated IATI/IATI-Codelists-NonEmbedded#252 IATI/IATI-Codelists-NonEmbedded#258
^^ This one’s sorted now. I’ve sent a PR to fix a typo but I think it can still be checked.
- [ ] IATI OrganisationRegistrationAgency codelist pulls in and synchs with org-id.guide
^^ I’ve had a go at this one in IATI/IATI-Codelists-NonEmbedded#275.
Master issue to reference several issues / tickets that help us synch up org-id.guide and IATI
(I'll try to keep this ticket updated with new ones / changes)
