BG Trade Register and BULSTAT

https://github.com/org-id/register/tree/master/lists/bg has two entries, which are about the same register (Trade Register or as denoted bg-cr, which I assume means Commercial Register). In addition, BG has the BULSTAT register for non-traders. https://beta.e-justice.europa.eu/106/EN/business_registers_in_eu_countries?BULGARIA&member=1 describes best the two registers, and which one is entered where.

Correction: BG-TR

• merge the current two records
• name: Bulgarian Trade Register
• code: BG-TR. The current code is after the identifier (EIK or UIC) but the same identifier is used in both registers, so that's not a good name.
• official search: https://public.brra.bg/CheckUps/Verifications/VerificationPersonOrg.ra . Doesn't have useful per-company pages (uses an ugly GUID)
• third-party search: https://search.bivol.bg/. This also has per-company pages eg https://tr.bivol.bg/view.php?guid=200356710 and links back to the official register
• open data: http://opendata.government.bg/dataset/tbprobckn-pernctbp: very large XMLs with daily transactions to the register, so it's hard to find
• add links http://opencorporates.com/companies/bg and https://opencorporates.com/registers/37

Thanks, Vladimir. Looking at the two entries currently in Org ID, only one of them is actually verified and active: BG-EIK. So we don't need to 'merge', but we do need to update that existing record with the information you've provided. We'll keep the '-EIK' prefix for backward compatibility, but your point about its not being a good choice is noted.

The BULSTAT registry looks like a good candidate entry. I'll take a look and draft a new record this week.
