ID needed for Plan International CAR #366

What type of organization do you want identifiers for? [ Government / NGO or Charity / Government / other] NGO

In which countries are the organizations you want identifiers for based?: Central African Republic

Do you have examples of organizations you need identifiers for? Plan International CAR

I can't find an acceptable list of organisations based in CAR and it seems like the only organisation publishing has gotten its ID from IATI itself. OCHA probably would be my best bet but searching the JSON files doesn't return an ID for Plan in CAR.

I've looked through https://api.hpc.tools/v1/public/organization as well and I can't see anything for Plan International CAR.

What do we do now? Can we request an ID with IATI, like the publisher in CAR?
