Fix BR-CNPJ which incorrectly points to a third party website #488

The BR-CNPJ list incorrectly links to a third party website as if it was the primary, official source. This PR intends to fix that.

Official source

Receita Federal Note (1): the official link keeps changing quite often. Furthermore, Receita Federal, when asked about it, has consistently refused to put it on the official open data portal (dados.gov.br). We keep track of the official link over the years in this forum post (in Portuguese language). Note (2): the official files are in a zipped csv format, but they are very large and the server is very slow to download. Because of this, it is often easier to use the data from one of the several third party websites that make the same data available.

Is there a place in the lists where to put third party access to the same data?

Thanks for the information @augusto-herrmann - we have merged your PR.

We don't currently record and publish third-party publishers of official lists. We will open an issue to discuss how we can best do this as it is clear that there is a need for this in Brasil. We also don't want to lose the references to the other lists you have suggested.
