QUESTION: LB-MOI Registration number verification for a foundation in Lebanon #514

Hi @kd-ods,

I hope you are well.

A foundation in Lebanon is trying to register with IATI. They provided the below document which is not a certificate of registration but they said they don't have other documents. This document is issued by the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities, Directorate-General for Political Affairs and Refugees and contains a number (30/ed) that the foundation says its their registration number. We have used other documents issued by the Directorate-General for Political Affairs and Refugees and used the LB-MOI http://org-id.guide/list/LB-MOI org list as a registration agency for them. However, those previous documents were a registration certificate, not an attestation document as this one we received. We wanted to double check with you that we could go ahead and issue this document and the number 30/ed as a registration number.

@titiolukole - taking a look at some IATI data I see that other LB-MOI identifiers are of quite a different format. For example:

Additionally, can you be sure a 'factual attestation number' follows the organisation and can be used to uniquely reference it? If they don't have any other registration documents, maybe they are registered with the tax authority or some other official agency?
