Create ES-RDF #559

New list for Registro de Fundaciones in Spain. Implements #558

@siwhitehouse - I think that a new list may not be required. I checked existing org-id entries for Spain and we have this: http://org-id.guide/list/ES-MDJ. Can you please review that and consider whether the information you have can/should be merged into that org-id record?

Agreed @kd-ods - I'll close this having opened another PR #561 which amends and updates the ES-MDJ entry
