closes #1 Added support for CVSS:3.0
closes #3 Added support for exporting the vectors as JSON file according to the official JSON Schemas provided by FIRST.
Fixed meta-key icons not reverting back to their default state on blur (page focus loss).
Adjusted metric descriptions according to specification.

The image shows CVSS:3.0 support, as well as the JSON export when holding shift on the clone vector button.

The live version will be updated later this day with version 1.0.14.
