Arrows Component #108

I have an issue with adding 'auto' size lines When I choose auto for height or width, I don't see the lines at all on runtime

resizing was not add in this component. tested with https://github.com/org-scn-design-studio-community/applications/blob/master/SCN_ARROW-20160421221502.zip
