SCP Tab does not show up in admin. #147

I installed this plugin on 1.7.0.2, I flushed the cache and reindexed and then logged out. After logging back in and going to System>Configuration I do not see SCP. Looking under advanced I do not see the module listed but it is listed under Magento Connect. I uninstalled and did this 3 times with the last time deleting all the files from var/cache and still nothing shows.

I installed this from magento-connect and it didn't function. (flushed cache, re-indexed, logged out and logged in) After installing the magento connect page showed version 7.4. So I uninstalled and copied the files a git checkout, followed the same process and it functioned. Hope this helps.
