Update Home/Landing page with new design #177

The website needs to be updated to reflect a modern look and show the value it provides to users.

Criteria

Implement the new design (new design will be available in a Figma link)
Support multiple pages, navigation between them and creation of additional pages in the future.
All design elements and standards of the website apply to this page

There is work to be done with Weblate to load additional languages so the site is automatically translated, @rtsisyk can share more info about what is needed.
