Add Releases taxonomy for news #221

Manually tagged related news as "Releases"
Apply CSS classes for "Releases" and "News" sections in /news/
/news/releases/ is also available

@borntojesus please check if you can hide .Releases and .News classes in /news/, preferably without JS, maybe using CSS checkbox hack https://css-tricks.com/the-checkbox-hack/
