I've reverted the untranslated import.

I will merge it when zh-Hans are ready on weblate.

@LaoshuBaby now 100% of strings can be translated via Weblate without any need to interact with GitHub. config.toml will be updated automatically by using translations from Weblate. Please continue on Weblate. Thanks!
