Describe the issue

Recently, I started seeing edits from Organic Maps users that add empty keys to map items. For example,

Judging by the value of the keys, the correct key is name:some_lang, which for some reason adds as an empty string

It looks like an iOS issue. @kirylkaveryn please investigate why empty keys (no name or name:lang tags) are uploaded into OSM.

It is a very rare bug. I don't know how far back the history of OSMCha goes, but the first occurrence I could find is form Februar 27th 2023 (https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/133092501). So far it happened 9 times and only on iOS.
