[ios] Show the `Add business` button instead of `Add place` for the buildings #9019

The iOS implementation differs from the Android and:

  1. doesn't show the Add Business when the user selects the building
  2. doesn't magnify to the building boundaries when the user selects the building and press Add place

The feature should match the android behaviour (see the https://github.com/organicmaps/organicmaps/pull/9002)
