Previously, the example does not work with Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 and lacks documentation.

This PR:

Add more charger profiles
Add an introduction
Tested on ESP-01, it makes Dell Inspiron 15R N5110 and Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 recognize the 130W power supply
