fix bashrc refresh #8

I have fixed the refresh problem with .bashrc Embedding make in setup.sh works for the first installation. But I didn't add it.

@orgua I have updated the pull request with the request (merge successful changes in gcc-port to firmware) in your previous email.

superseded by #15 -> makefiles allow both toolchains to be used, for backwards compat
