Push notifications don't work after the initial time, e.g.

will push notification on 11th of April 2024 at 8am, however it won't push notification at 9am, 10am and so on.
I expected tasks with repeating timestamps to push notifications every time a tasks reoccurs. Is this assumption incorrect? Is this just my system being misconfigured or does it work this way for other users as well?
