[x] I have searched for existing issues that may be the same as or related to mine.

Wherever multiple items can be selected for further action, the UI should provide a simple means to Select All, by

tapping a menu item, button or checkbox (preferrably toggling select/unselect), or
pressing Ctrl+A on the keyboard.

As of 1.8.26, bulk actions require you to select every single item manually, which can get extremely tedious in long lists.

Note: This feature request is similar to #264 but not limited to filters.
