implementation of 'file', 'skype' and 'whatsapp' url schemes in links #131

I know in org-mode you can implement your own url schemes. This would be a nice feature to have in Orgzly. I have a notebook for 'contacts' with links to email, phone, sms. Skype and Whatsapp details would be useful.

Also, file:/// links don't seem to work. As above, this would be a useful feature for me.

Some apps (such as whatsapp) provide an open API to do so: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/30344476/web-link-to-specific-whatsapp-contact If you have, say, a phone number for each person, you can generate a link:

https://wa.me/<phone number with international prefix>
