Default notebook and refile targets

• orgzly's "Default notebook" feature let me add entries at the end of a notebook from a notification: new entries are added at the end of the file
• org-mode refile feature let me move any entry to many configured places/targets (org-refile-targets): a target cannot be the end of the file

My problem is that these two features are incompatible because org refile is not meant to refile to the end of a file. So, if I use orgzly's notification to save new entries to tasks.org (the default notebook), I can't refile tasks to tasks.org from Org-mode as they can't be at the same level as existing tasks there.

There is a workaround but I don't like it as it changes other things I wouldn't want to change.

So "Default notebook" could be "Default location" with the support to specify path too. Would that work?
