Numerical Priorities #830

Hi, Thank you so much for your work on Orgzly! It works really well and makes my TO-DO system complete by extending and syncing it to my phone :). I had one idea for a suggestion come up. I use numerical priorities in org-mode on my PC (1-9) and think that might be a nice feature to have in Orgzly. I'd guess that would be fairly straightforward to add, but that's just speculation since I don't know the code base. Have a great day and thanks again for your work, Sean

Relatively new org mode feature, would be nice to keep up with this particular enhancement!
