I have searched for existing issues that may be the same as or related to mine.
After I set up the sync repository from my Dropbox, I got this error message: "Notebooks has no link and one or more remote notebooks with the same name exist"
So my directory structure looks like this:
my dropbox is linked to orgfiles directory on my computer.
So my set-up repository link is
/orgfiles/gtd
At first, I thought it was caused by the filename of the archive file with the same prefix, such as projects.org_archive and projects.org, but even after I removed the archive file, the error message is still there.
Did you already have some notebooks in the app? If so, you have to either set the link manually or just delete all notebooks and run the sync. Check out http://www.orgzly.com/help#0eb6241.
