added reminders for repeated notes #937

Implements the feature discussed in #679. Needs https://github.com/orgzly/org-java/pull/17 to be merged as well. I haven't updated tests (yet?)

I would love for this pull request to be implemented as I'm frustrated by repeating items not having a notification (this is the only thing that's stopping me from using orgzly for my reminders at the moment).
