how about translate to other language? #2

a few day ago, I saw this page. and so impressed!! so I introduced to dev community in korea.

It's a amazing tip!!! I wanna see more people this page. so.....I wanna translate this page.

even if other people do that job (translation), I wanna help you.

can I do that?

@ZeroBrain Thanks! I'll be happy to have a translation, but soon I am gonna make major changes in this repo, after that translation would be great help. Although I have the concern that if we will be able to keep the sync regarding to changes.

I cannot wait new release version. because I wanna see all android-dev-guys this page.

so I'll translate current page. before I finish translation, if you release new page, then I don't request PR. but if I request PR before you release new page, just judge to accept or not.

@ZeroBrain Apart from that, I'm still worried about the synchronization, because the repo will be updated all the time and the translation should be updated as well at the same time. This is actually a big issue. That's why I think it's best to keep it only english for the time being until it is mature enough.

@orhanobut Hi man~. I have saw new "Effective-Android".

If you merge gh-pages to master, then I translate that. :)
