pyautogui.leftClick çalıştıramıyorum bir türlü.Aynı şey senin için de geçerli mi,Bot koruması gibi bir şey mi var acaba?

IDE'yi yonetici olarak baslattin mi ? O da olmuyorsa ayni methodlari kullanabilecegin pydirectinput kullanmani oneririm.
