It's mapped to C-n (down) and C-p (up) by default (because TAB key conflicts with snippet expansion [I] and arrow keys are too far away from the homerow)

[I]: There are some ways that NvChad tried to fix this but as It's a non-deterministic problem no one will be able to know what you actually ment by pressing <TAB>
