Renaming project to `vimacs` #4

I'm not done with this project.

I have plans that'll enhance this neovim configuration in an emacs inspired way. I really like the name CamelVim but also vimacs. As someone who's in love with the emacs philosophy, and going to develop this project from that route.

I'd love to see some feedback
