A GUI to create planned randomizer seeds.

The minimal core set of features would be something like:

• Click icons on a map to select pickups
• Sometimes multiple pickups hide at the same location (e.g. shops), some navigation for those cases
• Place any of the Ordinay Pickups (see plando documentation) on those
• Set prices for shop items
• Download the resulting seed

Might want to split these into multiple issues, we can put them all under the Plando Editor project

I think at least the online map should be a separate issue :) Everything else will probably just be features added to that or around the map.
