Track header includes #13

If header 1 includes header 2, force select 2 on selecting 1 and prevent it from deselecting as long as 1 is selected, but allow to customize 2's header parameters.

Or when deselecting it show a box that says "these headers depend on this one, are you sure you want to disable it" and if you choose yes it should disable it and every header that depends on it.
