Cat and mouse bingo card #35

Add a bingo card for completing the cat and mouse sequence. Uberstate: 58674|61616=4

Since this can softlock if you got Seir before doing the cat and mouse, this goal should also look for the cutscene which disable the Feeding Ground killplane: 58674|61616=6
