Hiding QOL/Hints headers #9

QOL and Hints are already included in every presets (excepts for Glitches) and it doesn't really make sense to activate them without Moki/Gorlek in the first place

Not everyone wants to use presets, and there are things included in qol (spawn tuley, teleport heal) which can be unwelcome. Hiding relevant headers would seem very strange to me, I think the correct approach here is to have them in a shared group and closer to the bottom.
