Needs a header command map_icon similar to how the current !!icon sets the shop icon

3|1|4|31|<launch_fragment_pickup_trigger>|LaunchFragment 4|31 and 4|32 are new system commands that set and clear the spoiler icons on a location the last parameter is any entry in enum class MapIcon https://github.com/ori-community/wotw-rando-client/blob/dev/projects/Core/enums/map_icon.h
