Validation of OuterWellspring and InnerWellspring for Kii difficulty.
Also contains some added paths in Gorlek and Moki (mostly in the drain room, since pathfinding was not made in these difficulties with the InnerWellspring.DrainRoomBottomWheel and InnerWellspring.DrainLever states) ; and changes to the damage values for the under water pickups in unsafe (since TP in water is now possible).
