InnerWellspring.SpinArena doesn't account for the corruption #35

InnerWellspring.SpinArena is the state used for opening the door toward the rotating room in Wellspring. In both state_data.csv and areas.wotw logic is only waiting for you to finish the fight and isn't accounting for breaking the corruption afterwards, which can be an issue if you need to do the fight with energy weapons.

Also related to #31 because No Combat should only skip the fight itself and not open the door to the rotating room.
