Reviewing loc_data coordinates #76

2.0 uses the pickup coordinates in loc_data.csv to create an animation where the item message originates from where you picked it up. This increased the importance of precision on those coordinates and already revealed some major inaccuracies.

It would be valuable to check through the coordinates in loc_data.csv and correct them to be more precise, maybe even add two decimals of precision.

Automatically generated toolseed to help with this task: location_checks.zip (The rando keybind actions have utilities bound to them)

Putting a note that WestHollow.HiddenEC seems to have strongly wrong coordinates, but that would get noticed while looking through anyway, didn't fix it now
