Shrine Hints - Displays hints for the item contained within while standing in front of a combat shrine

This one still has small quality problems which should be addressed before getting added to "official" headers.

You can only see the message once. If you miss it, you're out of luck. (Yes, Trial Hints have the same issue currently and that should probably be fixed as well)
in co-op, other players don't see the message. I know, this is not as easy as with the trial hints, but with setting and syncing

From memory my variant of this header used to account for point 1 (going back into the same spot would reshow the message if the shrine wasn't already completed), I could look for that.

Added my variant instead and added the second point to it as well.

I tested it back then but not again on the current version (ofc messages will be broken)
