Add additional Crimson Scales classes #243

Hi there,

There are another 3 additional Crimson Scales classes from the addon and 5 more from the Trail of Ashes expansion. Would it be possible to add these in?

Classes & file locations: Addon - Ruinmaw, Amber Aegis, Artificier

I added AA, QA and RM from Crimson Scales. Already available in nightly build. cf #248

Wont have time to add ToA classes for now
