Update Geminate to 14 card deck #250

Geminate has two 7 card decks. To be able to use this app with the geminate they need to have a 14 card hand.

Hi, I'm sorry I cannot merge your code as it is not up to date with the dev branch :( Thanks though, I did not know geminate needed 14 cards. I did the change in the database according to your PR.
