Add CR class
Add SD class
Adjust database by moving frost haven images to folder (AMD and ability cards were split between being in a folder and not)
Change copy from Vanilla to Gloomhaven in version modal
[x] Tested locally
Note: The database format is not in-line with worldhaven json, specifically the Level X cards which have to be imputed to "level 0"
