CS: FK Modifiers missing "+2 fire" and "+2 wound" instead have extra "+1 fire" and "+1 wound"

Please see following modifier cards in data/attack-modifiers/FK: +2 Fire +2 Wound

As far as I can see, just need to update lines 607 and 612 of js/database_cs.js

Would be awesome if these can be added to the FK in place of current Thank you! -Trav
