The last refactor disables the configuration of a custom folder and/or namespace. Check it out by runing the updated tests without updating the Application class. The constructor loads the commands from the default folder and the namespace setter has a typo/bug.
Also, IMHO, the testing stuff should be placed inside the Tests folder, so I've moved the demo command and receipe to the Tests\Dummy namespace
