What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This method ihad given as
2. hotTwitter.getUserTimeLine("latrobe",userTimeLineId, 1, 5)
3. Its returning always 5 tweats not sure whats the problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

wrong twitter library I think, this is the python version
