Added default config file #1

I included a default orientdb-server-config.xml file to the Dockerfile. I find this makes easier to run a "battery included" version.

Also, it's kinda obscure to find a default config file without installing OrientDB. I got this one from Github repo. =/

Also, I have to set a user "root:root" in the default config file, otherwise the web console don't work correctly. It was always asking the basic authentication. Only with "root:root" it asks once.
