Will be really cool see if an issue is related to a client or not.
the way to determinate it may be just use the users of the chat, so if in the issue there is a message from an user that is associated to a client(the chat do this) just show the label with the name of client.
will be also cool have the information of the client stored inside prjhub and available on label click.
having this from my point of view can solve our priority problem for the next 6M 1y, without need to implement complex SLA based algorithm with mailing ;)
We actually really need this because as today is impossible to undestand if an issue is submitted by an user or a client, all the rest is a nice to have.
