After 5 days (configurable somewhere) that we are waiting an answer from the user, PrjHub could close the issue automatically with a message like: "No answer received from user, this issue will be closed. In case the problem persists, please reopen this issue."
How can PrjHub understand an answer is needed? Simple: we should always apply the label "Waiting Reply".
