Thanks for opening this. I am trying to reproduce it and in case prioritize it
I wonder how this is related to the fact that two milestones are selected in the "filter by milestone" window, because actually in the search area, from the image you posted, only one milestone is selected
As far as I can see, no issues with milestone 2.1 GA or 2.2-rc1 are assigned to you
If you try with 3.0 and 3.1 it seems to work. Try to filter your issues with milestone 3.0: it returns 11 issues right now
Then click on milestone 3.1: it returns 5 issues, and only 3.1 is selected as milestone
So, just a guess, the fact that the "filter by milestone" has two milestones set can be a bug related to the fact that no issues with milestone 2.1 GA and 2.2-rc1 are assigned to you
But the filter by milestone seems to work correctly (?). When possible, please, could you re-check this and let me know if you are still affected

If I select milestone than 2 milestones are selected as in this example https://screencloud.net/v/b9Ws and no issues are foud in issue list. Would be cool to fix this bug because I always had to switch to github.
