Are there any plans to support Ubuntu 18 and ROS melodic? #39

Kinetic is basically for Ubuntu 16, are there are plans to build the image for melodic and use it for the latest LTS version of Ubuntu?

Ther are a lot of parts in the simulation that froze in time. One of the great advantages of using dockerized environments. Any update will be done on a need basis.
